CWN Sexton, formerly Associate Professor of Civil Engineering in the University of Melbourne and for 36 years a member of the staff of the University, donated to the University the sum of £1,000, together with a further sum of £500, for the establishment of a fund to provide a scholarship or scholarships in the department of Civil Engineering for the assistance of African or Asian students from British Commonwealth countries.
