Bequest and Scholarship

Summary

By their respective wills dated 25 August 1945, the late Alfred Edward Williams, Alice Louisa Williams and Robert George Williams bequeathed £200,380 to the University, establishing the 'Henry and Louisa Williams Bequest'. Each scholarship is awarded to a student engaged in research in any subject other than Theology and Music. The fund was certified as a University trust record in 2010.
