Academic Unit University Extension Committee

Summary

There shall be an Extension Committee which shall carry out the objects of section 34 (c) of the University Act 1928, namely, "to provide facilities for University education throughout Victoria whether by tutorial classes, correspondence classes, University extension classes, vacation classes or otherwise" and perform such other functions as are assigned to it by the Council.
2. The Extension Committee shall consist of the Chairman of the Professorial Board and the Director of Adult Education (ex officio) and five other members appointed annually or as occasion may require by the Council after consultation with the Professorial Board.
