Summary: Pursuant to the will of Reverend Dr Norman George Curry, the University received $72,000 for the purpose of establishing 'The Norman Curry Prize'. The annual prize is awarded to an 'outstanding student in teaching practice with the Faculty of Education (now known as the Melbourne Graduate School of Education) in the area of Secondary Education.' The prize was made a University regulation in 2018.
