- Summary
The Major Projects team manages the University's suite of major projects through the ideation and initiation phases of their development, ensuring that the projects are underpinned by a clearly defined set of requirements, an appropriate design concept, a robust business case and a realisable delivery plan. It works closely with University Services and project sponsors to support project delivery.
