- Summary
By her will and codicil dated 13 December 1962 and 12 July 1963 respectively, the late Hilda Trevelyan Morrison bequeathed one half of her residuary estate to the University for the purpose of establishing 'The Hilda Trevelyan Bequest'. Each scholarship is awarded by the Dean of the Faculty of Science to 'deserving students' studying science, 'who are not in a financial position to continue studying at the University'. The bequest was made a University regulation in its current format in 2017. It was previously known as UTR7.150.
