Summary

On 20 September 2016 Mr Kenneth Eltham donated $500,000 to the University, establishing 'The Ken Eltham Scholarship'. Each scholarship is awarded to 'students who are Australian citizens and who are in financial need and are undertaking study in the field of engineering at the University, with a preference for postgraduate students'. The scholarship was made a University regulation in 2017 and was first awarded in that same year due to an additional donation of $25,000 by the donor.
