Summary: Commencing in 2010 the University conducted a public appeal, inviting donations from within and outside the University, in order to establish 'The Medicine, Dentistry and Health Sciences Scholarships Fund'. The fund is used to support scholarships for students enrolled in the faculty at the University, as determined each year by the dean of the Faculty of Medicine, Dentistry and Health Sciences and upon the recommendation of a committee. The scholarships fund was made a University regulation in 2011.
