Summary

In June 1996, Dame Elisabeth Murdoch donated $200,000 to the Victorian College of the Arts to establish a fund for 'The Keith and Elisabeth Murdoch Travelling Fellowship (Music)' The purpose of the fellowship was to enable practising musicians who have graduated from the School of Music at the College to travel abroad and to enjoy a measure of financial support during the early years of their professional careers.
