Donald Munro Armstrong of 201 Macquarie Street, Sydney in the State of New South Wales, medical practitioner who died on 19 December 1946 bequeathed to the University three twentieth parts of his estate- 'AND I DESIRE without imposing any trust that such three parts shall be used by the Council of the said University for the assistance of poorer students of any denomination in their studies at the said University'. Dr Armstrong graduated MB BS from this University in 1931.
