Summary

Ms. Danuta Rogowski, late of 20 Martin Street, Brighton, who died on 6 August, 1997, made the following provision in her will dated 9 April, 1997- "I GIVE AND BEQUEATH the sum of ONE HUNDRED THOUSAND DOLLARS ($100,000.00) to THE University OF MELBOURNE to establish scholarships for students enrolled or to be enrolled in the Faculty of Music to study either the Cello or the Saxophone'.
